Drop Coffee is not only our Scandinavian neighbor, they’re also repeated winners of the Swedish Roasting Championship. They have a clear flavor vision - presenting as much of the coffees acidity and sweetness as possible. With a sharp focus on Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Ethiopia and Kenya, they’ve been able to craft the taste profile to perfection while maintaining an ethical business model with the producers.
When we first heard about Joanna and the team and got to taste their coffees, we knew that we had to work together, and we’re very excited to bring them on in May.
