Casino Mocca In August

We are super excited to introduce Casino Mocca - our featured roaster for August.

Casino Mocca is among the first specialty roasters in Hungary, they started back in 2013 after they had decided to just try themselves at it. With no proven business idea or prior knowledge, their only plan was to produce excellent coffees which they can enjoy. They have mastered the practice of precise quality control that ends up with an incredibly consistent roast. This systematic approach, combined with the roasters’ sensory skills, are key to Casino Mocca’s great coffees.

We’ve been fortunate to visit and have a chat with founders Szabolcs Temesvári and Lajos Horváth in their hidden roastery in the outskirts of Budapest. You can read more about it in the coming issue of Let’s Talk Coffee, which you’ll find in your subscription boxes.
